At resorts in the Riviera Maya, "all-inclusive" does not always mean the same thing. Some only sell all-inclusive stays. Others offer room-only, breakfast or half-board rates, with all-inclusive as one option among several.

Most Riviera Maya resorts are reached from Cancun International Airport (CUN); Tulum resorts may be closer to Tulum Airport (TQO). Check transfer times and the sargassum season before you book.
